TALLER
Introducción al conocimiento y la práctica del Mindfulness o atención plena.
Es un taller que incluye una comprensión teórica básica y práctico, en el que empezaremos a practicar el enfocar nuestra atención en el aquí y el ahora, cogiendo el hábito de estar más presentes, tomando conciencia de nuestro cuerpo, escuchándolo de una forma amable para así poder disminuir el ruido mental y la tensión física que a menudo nos acompaña.
METODOLOGÍA
El taller consta de una parte teórica para explicar en qué consiste el Mindfulness, y otra parte práctica de ejercicios de sencillos para que después puedas aplicarlos en tu día a día.
BENEFICIOS DEL MINDFULNESS
A través de diferentes estudios, queda demostrado que una práctica continuada del mindfulness disminuye los niveles de estrés y ansiedad. Conseguimos ser menos reactivos delante de situaciones difíciles, mejora la regulación emocional y favorece estados mentales positivos.
Refuerza el sistema inmunitario, las conexiones nerviosas en las regiones cerebrales relacionadas con la concentración y los sentimientos de felicidad y compasión, hecho que mejora la capacidad de relación con uno mismo y con los otros. Estimula la producción de endorfinas y mejora la consciencia del propio cuerpo y favorece el cambio de perspectiva.
